Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy

As result of the custom, organic and natural nature of our products, images displayed on our website are representative likenesses of items sold and cannot be used as a basis for a return or refund.  If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the flowers or products you receive, please notify us immediately. You will then be asked to describe the issue with your order as well as provide images. It is our aim to provide Exquisite products and services, and we will work with you to provide an amicable solution to the issue at hand. Requests for a refund or exchange must be done within 24 hours of receiving your order and be accompanied by images and its original receipt.
